Earl may be a good guy but he is not a good realtor. Would ask questions and either never get a response or would divert to aEURoethat would be a question for someone elseaEUR?. Did not help when seller put stuff in contract to make sure the seller held up his end of the deal we had made. End of the day he was worried about making a quick check and not taking care of 2 active duty service members who were buying aEURoesight unseenaEUR?. Lacks attention to detail
