Having been born in Harrisonburg, and growing up in Franklin, West Virginia, I am very familiar with the Shenandoah Valley. Before settling in Woodstock, I lived locally in Edinburg and Stephens City. I have my undergrad from BYU and my Master's in Education from the University of Virginia. I served our community as an elementary school teacher for nearly 15 years, first in Strasburg for many years and most recently in Woodstock. I am loving helping people in this new way now. If I had to describe Chad in one word, it would be hustle. He was quick to take my calls and reply to texts. When we couldn't make it to a showing, he didn't hesitate to go and show us the house remotely via video. When we suddenly needed a home inspector the next day, Chad delivered. He has a strong grasp of the market and what homes are worth, ensuring our offers were competitive but never overvalued. And, most importantly, he's a good dude.
