ZillowVERIFIED Chad is more then a realtor, over the years he has become my friend. He is caring, knowledgeable, has resources of people to help with repairs, honest, diligent, a man of the highest character. He is professional and personable.Over my lifetime I have been involved in 50 plus closings on homes and have dealt with numerous professionals, but none comes close to Chad and how he conducts himself and his business. I did not know Chad prior to the death of my husband. Shortly after I met him and he has been my greatest resource in Northport, FL. He cones with the highest recommendation I can put up. Thank you Chad, you are an amazing person and a 5 star realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Chad was patient with us as we learned more about the area and what we were looking for in a home. He showed us many, many homes and was informative about the surrounding area associated with each one. Overall we had a great experience with Chad.

ZillowVERIFIED We hit the jackpot with Chad. He is extremely personable and humored us along with whatever crazy notion we had at the moment as to what we thought we wanted. He entertained our ideas and gave us honest feedback. Chad was great at answering calls and texts and dealing with all the questions emotions we were going through with this process. He really went to bat for us on the sale and purchase of our home(s). Chad has great associations with others to get you the best/fair deal on loans/insurance, etc. He is someone we will call friend for years to come!

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend chad vogt when buying a house. He gets right to the point if it's worth it or not. By that meaning he check's on if it need's a new roof or how old it is along with all the other major thing's like ac, water heater, etc. he helped me and my family buy a home and we recommend him to everyone that's looking as well. 5 stars all the way.

Chad is a phenomenal Real Estate Agent. Chad had been our agent for almost years. Due to medical issues we were unable to buy a home until this past May. Chad stayed with us thru this whole process, sending us listings, taking us out to see homes in the area when we visited Florida. No other agent would have stayed with us that long. He was not only our Realtor but we have gained a friend along the way. Chad is very knowledgeable of the Real Estate Market. He listens to his clients and will find you the home of your dreams as he found us ours !

ZillowVERIFIED I'm writing this review to express a recommendation for you to have Chad Vogt as your realtor. If youre looking for a quick responsive, 24/7 available, selfless, and someone who knows the area very well, then Chad Vogt is the easiest decision youll make. Showed me a few places and hooked me up to the MLS that would email me anytime a new listing would hit the market..in this area you know homes can be sold in a day so youve got to have someone whos quick to act.. A house hit the MLS at 7:30pm and I got a notification on my phone..I was super excited to check it out so I sent Chad a text aEURoeId like to see this house.aEUR? Chad then replied aEURoeI can meet you there in 30minutes.aEUR? Wow! Its a damn good thing he did, because my wife and I loved the property and he had the offer typed up and sent that night and less than 24 hours later we were under contract!!

ZillowVERIFIED We had been working with Chad for over a year. We live out of state and during this time Chad would send us listings that were in the area and specifications of what we were looking for. The plan was to buy a house in 2017 however, my husband ended up in the hospital and was unable to accompany me to FL. Chad took the time from his busy schedule to show me houses anyways knowing we would not be buying until 5/18. He found us the PERFECT house that we can now call home as we closed on 5/21/18. Chad is an exemplary Realtor and now friend. He is very knowledgeable and is willing to go out of his way to help buyers find that special home! Thank you Chad for all your hard work and making our dream to move to Florida a reality.

ZillowVERIFIED I have been working with Mr. Chad Vogt for 3 years now. During that time I have interviewed several other realtors from different companies. Not because I wasn't satisfied with him in anyway but more so because I just wanted to make sure that he was real. Chad Vogt is more than real, knowledgeable, expert, responsive and skilled but he's patient too. Stay tuned for my blog. Thank you Mr. Chad Vogt for the best real estate experience a person could wish for.Bruce Jacobs

ZillowVERIFIED MY wife and I have moved to 5 different states over the years. We are pros at moving. With our experience in purchasing homes and our busy schedules its hard to find the right person to fit our needs. We spoke to four realtors in this area and Chad Vogt stood out from the rest. Not only does Chad set the bar but he sets the standard. He was working with us two months prior to us landing in the area. He found us a place to rent while we purchased our home and spent all the necessary time to get us through the stressful buying process. My wife and I dont see Chad as a our agent but a friend. And we would highly recommend working with him. If you need the best and want to experience the best, Chad is your guy. Anybody we come into contact with who is looking to purchase a home we will send them to Chad. Our experience has been wonderful and we would not change anything about it.

ZillowVERIFIED Chad has been extremely patient helping with a challenging situation. He has been diligent in negotiating terms and tenacious in getting agreement from the seller. Since we are moving our family from OH to FL, it was important to work with a responsive Realtor who was knowledgeable of the area and could help with things needed as we are too far away to do. Chad is very attentive and responsive and we recommend using his services to anyone with real estate needs. Signed......The (grateful) Family Compound.

ZillowVERIFIED We would highly recommend Chad as a person and a realitor . He helped us tremendously with the purchasing phase of buying our home and after. He was there to recommend people to do work on our home and to actually receive packages and bring things by that we needed. Chad is a wonderful example of a faboulous realitor. We trust him completely to help guide us in our decisions . We live most of the year in Connecticut so to have a realitor so helpful and knowledgeable in our corner means so much to us.

ZillowVERIFIED We were looking for a new home, and only had 5 days to find one.Chad was responsive, on time, personable, professional and worked very hard in closing the sale on our behalf. The sellers proved to be difficult, and reactive. Chad was able to calm them down and negotiate the finer points of the sale. But the service did not stop with the sale. Chad's customer service was over-the-top. He helped with inspections, referrals, appointments and getting the keys to the right people (this was an out-of-state closing). We highly recommend Chad!
