He took time to explain the entire sales process and as I got nervous about the pandemic, Chad was great at coming up with a sales plan that he executed to perfection! He was always reachable and never seemed bothered about our questions. During the negotiation process Chad was a ferocious lion! He was able to get a great price for our house and made sure our needs were met. I cannot recommend Chad enough and my only regret is that now that we live in Utah, we cannot use him again.

I found one of Chads Facebook posts on a house and met him and person to explain my situation. We went at finding a house for me for Id say 2 months. He had stuck with me the entire time and was always eager to show me the next one. I finally had found the one and the search was over!! The home that we sold had previously been on the market from September to April with a different real estate company. Chad assured me that he could get my home sold. He not only had it under contract within 2.5 weeks, but we listed - and received- $10,000 more than the original list price from before. Throughout the process Chad offered his support, and there was nothing that I asked that he didn't try to accommodate. Even after everything was settled, he still contacted me to see if there was anything that he could still assist me with.
