Chad was patient in letting the right house come to us and being open to accommodating us for multiple showings to get a feel for exactly what we wanted. He gave feedback and suggestions but made sure to let us make the best decision in our home selection. We give him a lot of credit for fighting on our behalf when the selling party failed on their end as well. Even in this sellers market we were able to get some credits at closing. He kept a check on us throughout our relocation process and helped ensure closing went smoothly.
