ZillowVERIFIED I'm a first time home buyer whose last experience being around a house sale was when I was about 6 years old, so I went into the housing market utterly terrified. Not only did Chad break down each step of the process from minute one, he went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for. And we looked for quite a while! At least 10 houses were seen, some offers made for them, and Chad never gave up until we found the right place. Hes very knowledgeable about the area and had tons of advice during and for after the house purchase. Chad is definitely an expert realtor that doesnt intimidate you with his wealth of knowledge, rather as the helpful guide through a lot of paperwork and a lot of inspections. He always checked with how I felt about a place, and identified what would work, what needed replaced, and what would take more than what it was worth. Fast, open communication, great eye for detail, and a determination to ensure that not only do his clients find a house, but that they find the place they can make a home. Id recommend him to anyone whose even thinking of purchasing a new house!
