When we sent him the many houses we wanted to look at he made sure we got to see them quickly and gave his honest opinion when we asked questions about properties. Our journey started wonderfully we looked at so many beautiful houses to the point where we found one & loved it, however a miracle phone call from Mr. Prince with the sad news that we are not closing on that house. From that moment/point on the journey was a sign and a blessing in the skies because we are NOW blessed with a new build home (builder name RICHMOND) fitting as ever and falling right into place. Mr. Prince worked very hard to accommodate all of our personal home requests, from bedroom space, and square footage, to school districts, and especially on home amenities, inspections, and the littlest required details.
