Chad works with the strong belief that everyone that wants to become a homeowner, should become a homeowner. With a strong focus on first-time homebuyers, he feels very blessed to be able to help many people achieve this goal. Chad has spent 15 years in the real estate industry serving buyers and sellers, along with turning over several fix and flip properties of his own. Prior to and in parallel with real estate, Chad earned his masters and worked for Comcast for just short of 20 years in a business analytics role. Those analytical skills gained crossover well to pricing and property identification within real estate.
