Most important in this process was that he developed a relationship with the agent in the area we were looking, which ultimately brought us to the home we purchased. We looked on and off for over 8 years, and he was incredibly patient as we looked in earnest for a while and then dropped off the face of the planet for years. During that time as we visited numerous homes, he educated us on houses and what would be needed to make them our aEURoehomeaEUR?. He had a good vision for many of the homes that we stepped into, and warned us about issues and pitfalls for other homes. When we decided we wanted to move on from a home that wasnt for us, he didnt try to convince us it was. After we bought, he and his partner worked to set us up with some GCs to do our renovation. While we stalled on the project for a few reasons, supporting us during the process was helpful so we could educate ourselves about what would be needed for the projects we wanted to tackle. We hear from him every now and then, for example reminding plus about the home warranty and what it potentially covers. During the negotiation, Chad proposed concessions and asks that helped us ultimately secure the property. Overall I recommend Chad and Rinu Real Estate.
