Before listing, the VIP group came into our existing home and made some very well thought out recommendations that helped us get our house ready. As a direct result of their upfront efforts our home sold in less than a week at asking price. They were great throughout the negotiation of the sale offering excellent counsel that ultimately proved they know the market well. The real value of the VIP, however, became apparent when we were looking for our new home. Chad spent lots of time listening to me and learning about what was important to our family. If you were to look at a list of things we "had to have" in a new home and compare that to where we are you would see a large difference, all for the better. Among the many things that Chad helped me understand was that my desire to raise my children with friends and neighbors was in conflict with my desire for land. He showed me both and let me decide for myself what was more important. They know the market better than anyone. That's not just my opinion. Since moving in, I have met several real-estate agents, and all have had nothing but high praise for the VIP group team. They all have noted that they are the best in the area.
