ZillowVERIFIED I have used Chad Martin to both sell my house and assist us with buying a house. I would absolutely hire him again. Chad was very responsive which I think is very important, especially when attempting to purchase a lakefront home, in an area with very low inventory. Chad was very flexible with showing us homes around our schedule and would even drop what he was doing to immediately be available to us. I felt that he went above and beyond what most realtors will do for their clients. Chad also handled me being upset and emotional, in a very professional manner (buying and selling can be stressful). Chad was very knowledgeable about the area and was very prompt with answering my many questions. He was able to offer some great suggestions based on his years of experience. I have found that some agents pressure you into buying a home over your budget, but I never felt that Chad pressured us into buying any house we looked it.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I decided to sell our home in November of 2013 to move into a larger home. We met with several Real estate agents and we were not very impressed until we met with Chad. He discussed the comparable homes in the area along with the prices that they were selling for. Chad then told us how he was going to marked our home to prospective buyers. We were so impressed with his professionalism and his honesty that we decided to hire him as our agent. Within the first three days we had people lined up to see our home. This was our first experience with a septic and well and Chad knew the right people to contact to inspect and teach about using these systems. He bridged the communication struggles we were experiencing with the morgage company and was instrumental in facilitating the closing of our home. He was extremely prompt in answering questions, and kept us informed in every step along the way. I would highly recommend him to anyone needed to purchase or sell a home. We will be using him in the future when it's time to sell the family home and move permanently to the lake.
