ZillowVERIFIEDChad was a huge help to us throughout the home purchase! He provided great advice and was quick to offer help to us when we needed it. His upbeat attitude was a boost because the move from NY state was stressful on account of some issues we encountered during the inspection process. Everything was resolved perfectly and promptly, meeting the closing date even though it looked for a while that it might not work out. Chad and Tammy are a great team, and we appreciated everything they did to make this purchase work out.

ZillowVERIFIED Chad did an amazing job! What a stand up guy! Not only did he just simply show us many many homes without skipping a beat, he really dove in and noticed things that we didn?t even see. He pointed out any points of concern, high value upgrades and really made sure we were comfortable and happy with what we were seeing. He was so patient with us and even went above and beyond to find other homes in the area we were interested in that we didn?t see online. He was an awesome partner in finding our home and we will definitely be using him again.

ZillowVERIFIED Chad did an amazing job helping my wife and I find the perfect place to move. We didn?t have any knowledge of the area and are moving from out of state, so his expertise was greatly needed and appreciated. Helped negotiate a great deal and was extremely responsive to questions and showing requests. Couldn?t recommend more highly!

ZillowVERIFIED Chad was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us finding and closing our property in TN. He has been showing us different homes with our limited amount of time we had in TN and successfully went under contract and closed the property we were interested

ZillowVERIFIED Chad was a great help in all aspects of the process. We were moving states and had very limited knowledge of the area. Chad provided great knowledge of the homes we looked giving us all the information we needed to make a confidante decision.
