They first sold our house by arranging meetings with prospective buyers with every chance they could. They used the best photographer and the pictures were so impressive. They inspected our home and gave us detailed opinions on what to fix before prospective buyers were arranged for meetings. They drafted and reviewed documents and contracts, then guided us through the closing process. The same time we were selling our home they put the same attention into finding our new home. We diligently looked for another home, and whenever we saw something we would like, they were right on top and honestly gave their opinion, we took their advice due to their high professionalism. It was Chad and Karey that suggested the house we have now, and it fit exactly what we were looking for. We had a few problems with the sellers, but Chad and Karey dealt with all the calls and meetings. I would highly recommend this team.

ZillowVERIFIED We first met Chad at an open house. At the time, we were not actively looking for a house. We had been turned off by so many other realtors with their approach and mannerism (e.g., immediately asking if we have a realtor the minute we walk in the door, asking for our contact information, following us around the house, etc). Chad was laid-back but professional and he did not hound us. We felt so comfortable with him that we stayed talking to him for at least 30 minutes. We knew at that moment that he was our realtor (even though we weren't looking for a house for at least six months). Six months later, we met with Chad again to discuss our dream home. He walked us through the process step by step, which was extremely useful since we are first-home buyers. He responds to our texts and emails of endless questions immediately and if he cannot, he will tell us (e.g., I'm in a meeting).
