We contacted Chad well in advance of putting the house on the market as we wanted to do some renovations and we wanted to know what we should focus on. Beyond the usual kitchen and bathroom advice Chad was able to guide us so that we made modifications that maximized the square footage of the home and increased the "wow" factor when buyers walked through the door. He was also there to offer advice when he felt that additional work would not increase the final sale price. Chad helped us choose a listing price we were happy with and to get a "few dollars more" during negotiations. Even during the height of the COVID-19 restrictions Chad was able to get our home listed and under contract within a week. I highly recommend Chad if you are looking for an aggressive real estate agent who will get you the maximum price for your home.
