He is extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and was always available to answer questions, no matter how many times I asked him to clarify. But what sets Chad apart form other agents is when hurricane Florence blew a tree onto the roof AFTER we closed on the house and moved in, he drove down with a chainsaw and spent the afternoon removing the tree from the house with us. Highly recommended.
