About Chad Hess

Chad & Julie Hess have been selling real estate in west central Indiana since 2004. They specialize in residential real estate and agriculture. In the last three years, Chad and Julie have been leaders in the Montgomery County market selling each year over $10,000,000 in real estate. Both born and raised in Montgomery County, Chad went to earn his business degree from The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in 1995. Julie earned her business degree from Marian University in 1998. After graduation, both moved back to Montgomery county and entered the work force in manufacturing. In 2004, Julie entered the real estate world and Chad a year later. They haven't looked back since. Chad and Julie live Montgomery county. They have three children. They are members of St. Bernard Catholic Church where Chad sits on the Finance Council. In the past he has been a MUFFY (local division of United Way) and Red Cross Chapter board member, as well as the Boys & Girls Club of Montgomery County. Julie is a member of the local Rotary Club and is a board member for the South Montgomery Community School Corporation. She is past president of the Montgomery County Convention & Visitor's Bureau.

Chad is amazing to work with. He knows Montgomery County well and focuses on the needs of his customers. He asked the right questions throughout our experience with him, listened to our responses and then led us through a seamless process of selling our home and building our new one.
