Review We cannot recommend Chad enough! He quite literally saved us from making a costly mistake. We had fallen in love with a beautiful home, but thanks to Chads background as a former home inspector, he immediately spotted warning signs with the foundation that we never would have noticed. He advised us to bring in a specialist to confirmaEUR"and sure enough, the issues were serious. With only two days left before closing negotiations ended, Chad worked tirelessly to try to make the deal work. He fought for us every step of the way, but unfortunately the sellers wouldnt agree to fix the problems. While it was disappointing to walk away, we are so grateful for Chads expertise, integrity, and dedication to protecting our best interests. Review Chad was very patient with me as I was in and out of the area over a year due to living in another state. Once I was in place, the right home was found within two weeks. His past experience with roofing and home inspections certainly pays off, as he can quickly identify issues that need to be addressed in the home offer. Chad has lived in the area for some time and before moving his family here was a frequent visitor many years. He can refer you to some of the most reputable services (pest services, painters, movers, etc) on the island to ease the move into your new home! I definitely recommend you contact Chad for your new home search! He's very responsive and can also give you some great recommendations on places to eat!

Review Chad helped me find my 1st Florida Home!!! As a newbie to Fernandina Beach from TN, I had no idea where houses were and no knowledge of the area I just knew I was not going to pay someone elses mortgage and that I wanted to own a home here. Chad set me up with a couple of mortgage companies, home inspectors, insurance carriers, appraisers etcaEUR| and he is also a home inspector and he pointed some things out that I had no clue about i.e. the house was 10 years old and that most insurance carriers will make you replace a 10 year old roof as soon as you purchase your home. Well there is nothing wrong with the 10 year old roof, I just needed the right insurance carrier. His recommendations for all of the above made it almost seamless. Very professional! I would HIGHLY recommend Chad and will use him again in the future!!!

Review We met Chad in February of 2019. Knowing we wouldn't be moving from Wisconsin for a few years. Chad, was an amazing ambassador for Amelia Island. He toured us around, introduced us to some local businesses and even invited us to an event at Summerhouse. Over the last 2 years we came down to meet with Chad several times, while we strategized our move. Finally in May of this year we were ready. Chad had us so prepared we were able to find our home online and make the offer from Wisconsin. Review My wife found Chad's profile on the Zillow site having had no prior knowledge nor recommendation of him, being new to the area. What caught our attention was his background as a certified home inspector. We we're looking to buy a particular house that needed considerable repairs and thought that his experienced eyes would be helpful. They proved to be invaluable. He found issues that I would've not noticed and it was enough for us to decide the purchase was not prudent. Chad never pushed or tried to 'sell' us, but walked along with us through the home buying process. If there was a question he couldn't answer he was quick to find out a solution and get back to us promptly. He had a bead on what our parameters for a home were and never sent us on a 'goose-chase' to look at properties outside of them; something other realtors have had us do in the past. Would we use him again or recommend him to others? Absolutely!

Review Buying our first home was a challenge.... That without Chad on our side would have easily turned into a nightmare. Chad's depth of knowledge about not only the area, but experience in home inspections saved the day many times. From the moment we walked into the home, Chad's laser focus was pinpointing things I would have easily missed. He negotiated everything we wanted repaired, and than some. Long story short, this guy is a fighter. He takes an immense amount of pride in his work and really does know his stuff. Chad was much more informed about the closing / lending process than both of those respective departments were. Every time we hit a hiccup or challenge, Chad was there with a solution.
