Chad Evans REALTORA(R) is a full-time real estate agent with RE/MAX Edge Realty serving buyers and sellers throughout Green, Lake, Uniotown, Tallmadge, Stow, Manchester, and surrounding Northeast Ohio communities. With more than five years of real estate industry experience and approximately 20 homes sold per year, Chad provides strategic guidance for clients across a wide range of transactions and price points, typically between $200,000 and $700,000.

Chad specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, sellers, relocation clients, investors, and downsizing homeowners throughout Northeast Ohio, including Green, Prestwick, Greensburg, Tallmadge Circle, Northeast Tallmadge, South Tallmadge, and North Tallmadge. Clients consistently choose Chad for his responsiveness, communication, negotiation skills, and ability to uncover off-market opportunities in competitive markets. He is also experienced in creative deal structuring and coordinating complex transactions, including situations where he represents both buyers and sellers in the same transaction.

A member of the National Association of REALTORSA(R), Chad averages more than 20 transactions annually and produces approximately $5 million in yearly sales volume. He has earned the RE/MAX Executive Club Award in recognition of his production and client service performance. Prior to real estate, Chad built a background in sales, strengthening his ability to negotiate effectively and advocate for clients throughout every stage of the buying and selling process.
