My limit was only up to 140,000 on the rent to own program so I know that made me lower on his priority list. Two offers he made he told me he was pretty positive we would get house but both offers were not accepted. I would never recommend working with him if you need someone who is patient and understanding.

However, Michelle and Chad were incredible resources throughout the whole process. Beginning process:Chad reached out to us after we have shared some interests over a couple of homes. He wanted to get to know more about my family and I and what we were looking for. Chad also walked us through the application and what to expect with working with his team and with Home Partners. Looking at homes:We picked out a couple of homes where we could plan a Saturday to go see. My spouse and I were looking at homes to see if we could picture ourselves living there. As for Michelle, she was looking at all the homes with a critical lens. There were a lot of things we didnt know about homes. Michelle was very gracious and walked us through some problematic home structures, things that would cost us a lot of money to take care of in the future, and helped us to understand what we should be looking for. We never felt rushed to make a decision. Michelle provided individualized services for my family and I. Picking a home:With picking a home, nothing ever is confirmed until the offer is accepted. We did fall in love with a home but someone else had made an offer that was accepted. Michelle guided us through the challenges of the market and what happens in these situations. So, with a lot of encouragement and time to step back and start looking at homes again, we were able to find another home that met our expectations. Throughout the whole process, Michelle provided us with honest and helpful communication. Outcome:Our offer was accepted and we are currently waiting to move in. If we have any questions about the home, the partnership with Michelle and Chad doesnt stop after making a decision after choosing a home. They helped answer any questions we had about washer and dryer hookups, processing paperwork, and expectations. Michelle and Chad go above and beyond for their clients. They made the whole process easy, realistic, fun, and informative. I would recommend their services to anyone.

They were always willing to show us numerous listings and even encouraged us never to settle. Chad actually ended up saving us tremendously on a house we fell in love with turned out to be in a really bad shape structurally. He got us out of the offer we made and helped us get even a better home for us. One other thing we loved was that we did not have to sign any contracts with him up front before he started working with us. Documents were signed after several weeks and numerous showings, which to me made me even more happy with their level of service and faith. After putting an offer on a house there were some issues with the listing agent and they were quick to resolve them. Judd Turbes knowledge in homes and with home repair was essential for me making a purchasing decision. When I had questions after closing they were STILL there to help and answer any questions I had. They made sure everything went smoothly for me. Chad even sent me critical information for the area that I was moving to, which was important and necessary in moving but wasn't something that he needed to do. Him and his team go above and beyond what is required of them which makes his company so delightful to work with. They are what makes a community, A COMMUNITY!! I know that if I have questions 6 months down the road that they will take the time to honestly answer them. I recommend them to everyone I know. This isn't my first home purchase. Lets just say I had to foreclose on my first house due to improper construction of the home and I didn't get help from anyone. I don't feel like this would happen with Chad and his team. First of all they wouldn't want me or anyone to purchase a home that wasn't in good condition just to make money. I trust them completely!!
