Chad and his Realtor Agent, Nicole were fantastic helping me sell my mother's condo in FL. Chad and his team did an excellent job on professional photos of our oceanfront condo and spared no expense. We were thrilled with how they turned out and you could really see the difference compared to other Realtor photos in our building and the surrounding beachfront buildings. Our property was well marketed and we had a lot of activity. Once under contract, Chad did an excellent job dealing with the Buyers side who were less than professional and difficult. Chad was steady throughout and brought us to a successful closing all while being reassuring and helpful.
