I do not say this lightly. Not only did they list, and find a buyer for our home within 24 hours, they ALSO helped us find another home and mitigate all the things that arise during BUYING a home as well. Bonnie and Chad did EVERYTHING aEUR" things we would have never known how to do ourselves that helped our house sell for WAY MORE than it would have without them. From scheduling appointments with painters, repair professionals, assessors, and MORE aEUR" they were consistently on top of literally everything and made the selling process an absolute BREEZE. Not only that, they had our selling home looking better than it ever had while we lived there. They placed it aEURoefor saleaEUR? during a Saturday and Sunday, had It looking so incredible that we had over 30+ showings in 48 hours, 7 offers within 24 hours, and several of those offers were well above our asking price with incredible conditions for a seller in their offers. People called our house, aEURoethe heart break houseaEUR? all because of Bonnie and Chad. However, I have found that Chad and Bonnie are the gold standard all other are, or should, be judged by. After hours? Early morning? Incorrect fees on documents? And when they said anytime we wanted to see a house they meant it. They were so flexible with our busy schedule, we were able to look at houses all times of the day. They were prompt about getting us in to see a house we liked as soon as they could. I'm sure they were busy but we always felt like a priority to them and I appreciate that. As any new home owner would be we were nervous about this whole process but they walked us step by step through the whole process and answered all our questions which made us feel so much more comfortable. They were honest and real about each house we considered. After so many houses we finally found THE ONE and they made it happen within our time frame. The process was surprisingly super easy and well organized. The communication between all parties were great and here we are 9 months in our beautiful new home! We couldnt be happier. It lead us to contact them to help us lease a commercial space and again communication has been phenomenal and the process has been so easy. Then, they went above and beyond with helping me move when we had to be out of the house quick! They even picked up drinks for my entire family along the way. ZillowVERIFIED Of course theyre our realtors, you might hear me refer to them as the power couple or the dream team! And I'm 100% serious when I say it. They started out as our realtors, but in just over a months time, became more like extended family! They are the BEST at what they do if you ask me, when it comes to selling! I mean our house had some minor flaws that made it a little harder to sell, and we knew it would, but they still had it under contract in less than 3 weeks! Then the stressful time of inspections, appraisals, final walk throughs and all that came...and they were there every step of the way making sure we were informed, confident, prepared, and secure. They did the little things like replacing a broken window screen, helping us get some brick work fixed, and then they did the big things like calming my anxiety and praying with us over the house, the deal, and the buyers! When it came down to moving, because of the timing of our rental lease and our closing date being 1 day apart, that meant we had ONE DAY to move the entire contents of our 2000sq ft house to our 1200sq ft townhouse lol. So these 2 showed up in their capes (moving clothes), with sonic drinks in tow for all of us, a truck, and 3 solid hours of work! They didnt have to do any of that, and I dont know many REALTORS that do that kinda stuff!! Then they even left us with a super thoughtful gift before they had to head on to the rest of their day!I feel like Ive written a lot but it doesnt even scratch the surface! We truly are so grateful for Chad and Bonnie Beebe, and we love them dearly!!We thank God for them, more than we can express!
