My fiance and I were buying a house for the first time, and we were a little intimidated by the home buying process, but Chad explained everything we needed to know in detail and guided us along the way. I believe that Chad was honest with us and truly wanted us to find the perfect first home. Every time we had a question, he was always happy to help and never seemed bothered or annoyed. I would definitely recommend Chad to anyone.

Chad is an amazing realtor! We were under a time crunch to sell our house as we were already under contract on a new home. He was able to get the home listed and under contract in about a week! I highly recommend him!
