Celina was extremely helpful in searching for the right place for us and explaining anything we had questions about on specific properties or just how other parts of the purchase worked. We looked at a lot of properties near and far and she was always willing to show us the properties as well as do the research on properties for us. Throughout this process, I can not emphasize how detrimental it was that she was very responsive. ZillowVERIFIED I engaged the professional services of Ms. Celina Paniagua of Keller Williams in late January, 2021, to assist me in purchasing a reinvestment property in Stockton, CA. She was referred to me by my trustees' daughter-in-law, Ms. Anna Shea, who is a licensed realtor with Keller Williams of San Francisco. Celina Paniagua faced the difficult task of working around the very confusing and intricate complications of both a trust, and the specific needs pertaining to time constraints and identifying a like property in a 1031 Exchange, in terms of replacing an investment property. She not only communicated continuously with myself and Anna Shea, who was the selling agent for the Mill Valley property being exchanged, but also my trustees and my 1031 exchange agent! She did so with efficiency, honesty, diligence and unwavering patience. She was very sensitive to my physical discomfort as a cancer patient who has time limitations due to medical appointments, and avoided stressing me by being time-efficient, responsive and a clear communicator. Many other realtors would have struggled with the required burden of having to email and telephone multiple people, which could have resulted in "miscommunication." Celina listened intently to my specific requests in identifying the city, neighborhood, property size, features, and targeted price. Because of her excellent communication skills and diligence, the process of viewing and choosing a property was lightning quick, with only two visits required. She never lagged behind. Celina connected with us as a Lodi family, and owned our problems and sought the best resolutions possible. ZillowVERIFIED My sister and I just completed the sale of my mother's house. I live in Texas, my sister lives in Valencia, California and my mother's house is located in Lodi, California. Our mother died one year ago and now it was time to sell her house. All the transactions had to be done by phone and by email. Celina was a master at handling the complications this this distance created. She handled everything from the initial open house and combing through buyers and even coming to closing with one buyer who then chose to back out a day before closing because of a family death. She picked up the emotional pieces that my sister and I found ourselves in and kept us from giving up the house for a faction of what it was worth. She assured us that if we would just "hang in" she would bring us another beer. In fact she did just that! Within one week she had several additional offers and the house was sold within a couple of weeks.
