Once I contacted her via text, she immediately responded. In fact, we made arrangements to meet the over next day to view the property. Because it was a repossession, I told her we needed to move quickly or possibly lose the property. She totally agreed and even assisted in locating a banker to assist with NY down payment. Although she went out of her way, I did not get the home because someone else offered over the asking price.

I did not hold relators in a very high regard (due to past negative experiences), until I met/worked with Celia, and House to Home. My wife and I were looking for a very specific home, and literally looked through 100 plus homes in our search. During this time Celia was always very patient with us, and put our needs first. While touring homes, Celia, brought a vast knowledge of building, decorating, and area knowledge. This was very helpful not being from the area. One thing that sticks out in my mind is how fast Celia, returned phone calls and got answers for us on the smallest details. What would make me use House to Home again is how willing Celia, is to help after the sales is complete. We have called her several times to ask opinions and thoughts on other projects. I had some difficulties with my loan company and she did not falter one time when many other agents would have said forget it. If there was ever a time I would sell my home the first call I would make would be to Celia. To this day her number is still in my phone and on holidays I always try to be sure and text her a greeting. How many do that with their Real Estate agent from four years ago!
