Very solid experience working with Celeste and her team to sell our home. She took care of everything, which was immensely helpful given that we lived 40 minutes away from the house we were selling. This included coordinating with handymen for repairs, landscapers, furniture movers, etc. - this took a huge load off my plate. Beyond that, I think her overall listing strategy (marketing, pricing, comp analysis, etc) was very well thought out and executed. The staging, photos and videos were very high quality, tasteful and professional. Where I think Celeste really shines is in her negotiation skills. We received two offers and were able leverage them against one another to successfully close at our asking price.
