She was polite on the phone and said she would look into the questions I had about the property. I mentioned I might decide, if I purchased the property, to tear it down and build a new home. She indicated she would research this possibility and get back to me. She also indicated, but I'm not sure about this, she may have done the same with another property or properties. Maybe she decided to do that with the property herself.

Everything was a struggle from trying to get a termite inspection to fixing the front door that was falling off the hinges. Also, she never tried to push anything off onto me and even pointed things out that could potentially cause issues for me in the future even though obviously that can be a deterrent. When I found my dream house, some 30 houses later she went to bat for me with the builder and got me a great deal! She is so dedicated to her job that she once even invited me into her own home in order to print some vital paperwork for my loan. While I wasn't looking for anything necessarily particular in a home, the lot size was extremely important as I have two large dogs. After reading her reviews on Zillow, I enlisted her help given the resources she has at her disposal. I work full-time, am single, and also going to graduate school in the evenings. I don't have much time to house hunt. I gave her a list of must-haves and she did all the work finding homes that fit within my budget. We would spend a few hours on Saturday or Sunday going through houses. I found my favorites on the first weekend, although I did see others the next two weekends to keep myself from making a hasty decision. She did all the work for me, which helped me immensely as a first-time homebuyer and someone with a very full schedule. ZillowVERIFIEDWe were very impressed with Celeste's plan of action: because she said that people can generally tell within the first 15 minutes whether they like a house or not, she suggested that we stick to this time frame unless we were really liking what we saw. This enabled us to see 8-10 homes within a two hour search session, and about 20 homes in two days. By this time, we had an excellent idea of the kind of homes that were available to us in our price range. Celeste also had an excellent knowlege of the "red flag" things to look for, that we as first time home buyers, did not - such as foundation issues, roof issues, and the like. Finally, she guided us through the negotion phase(s) very skillfully, using her knowledge of the "comps", etc to help us make reasonable offers. Because of her skill, we found a house, made an offer, and closed a deal all within about a month's time!
