We chose Celene for her knowledge of the area we were looking for in Myrtle Beach. She knew of the properties we chose to visit, but as we have purchased many properties in our time together, we do a very thorough job of searching and Celene was very thorough in showing us the properties we were interested in. She then provided ample information on any unit we asked additional detailed information from the associations. She was very patient in showing us the many properties we asked of her in the months of our searches. She advised us on whom we could use for all aspects of our transactions, i.e. Attorneys and was supportive of our need to follow certain guidelines in our transition from California to North Carolina. I met Celene through my realtor in Maryland when I sold my house. I told him I was relocating to Myrtle beach and he found Celene for me. I already knew the property I wanted to purchase before I sold my house. I got a call from Celene the day of my closing. I gave her the address of the property, and when I arrived in Myrtle Beach she had everything ready to view the property, plus other properties I might consider.
