Mr. Stewart was prompt, knowledgeable professional and accessible. Mr. Stewart and his team met the impossible demand of having repairs and staging completed on my home in 1 1/2 weeks to get it prepared for sale. I travel frequently for work, so Mr. Stewart and his team made sure that the projected timeline for completion of said projects remained on track despite my absence at times. After the home was prepared for sale, Mr. Stewart?s knowledge of the market as well as previous sales in my area, helped him to list my property at a competitive and fair sale point. Real estate agents can often be labeled as less than truthful, or only preoccupied with getting the most money for a property even at the loss of integrity. That ideology or label does not apply to Mr. Stewart and his team. Mr. Stewart listed the home and utilized the open house approach for a specified number of hours over a two day period. He was very conscious of Covid regulations and made the effort to not inconvenience me in my home for an extended period of time with showings. Due to Mr. Stewart?s suggested repairs and staging of the home, I was able to sell the property 3 days after it was listed for sale. I received 5% over the asking price with no contingencies. In addition to the sale of my property, Mr. Stewart facilitated the purchase of a new construction home as my next purchase. Without Mr. Stewart?s aggressive and knowledgeable approach to the new construction process/arena, I may have missed out on my forever home. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Stewart and his company for any and all of your real estate needs. The professionalism, care and attention Mr. Stewart provided was second to none.

This was our 2nd time working with Cedric, a.k.a - the magic man. He had previously helped us purchase our first home back in 2016. This time around he was helping us sell our first home as well as buy our new home - BOTH AT THE SAME TIME!
