They photographed the apartment, set up a virtual tour, distributed flyers, and attracted 40+ visitors to the open house. We had interested buyers right away and a qualified buyer under contract within just a few weeks. Then Cedric guided the process of getting approval from the coop board, and we were able to close shortly thereafter.

They had done their homework, they were persuasive, they spent time and effort to understand us and what our primary goals were ... and they impressed us tremendously with what was clearly a very strong work-ethic and a commitment to us, the customer. We liked the effort that Phil & Cedric made to help us understand what their sales and marketing approach would be, details about the target market and audience, catchment areas, timing, comparative pricing, range of possible pricing, use of various tools and techniques .... We signed up with them after two meetings - we did not even check any references nor did we negotiate rates (although we tried a bit!). And Phil & Cedric lived up to all the expectations created - they worked very hard, provided good clear feedback, were very sensitive to our own needs and constraints, managed all aspects exceedingly well. And, things turned out well too - the house sold - in a market that was at best always soft. It has overall been a wonderful experience dealing with and through Phil & Cedric. He took me to many different homes, and always let me choose what I wanted to do.
