Natasha Griswold did a fabulous job in helping sell my house. Not only did she give me names of contractors to some some work I wanted to get done to clean up some areas, but she also made contacts herself to set up contractors. Furthermore, she even did some minor landscaping herself to help the curb appeal. Communication was always prompt and top shelf I could not have asked for more.

ZillowVERIFIEDMelissa Ricks is a phenomenal real estate agent. She is super knowledgeable and knows her stuff. She is such a go getter and we followed her lead and followed her instructions and we got our house under contract in 48 hours. House selling and buying is such a stressful process but I am so fortunate that we had her as a real estate agent because experience and skill is truly unmatchable.

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa Ricks is a PHENOMENAL powerhouse and awesome person!!! Amazingly, she had our house sold in two weeks. It sat on the market 10 months before we bought it so two weeks to sell was unbelievably incredible. Melissa patiently answered all our never ending texts and questions at all hours. She helped rid me of anxiety while we waited to get an offer. She was absolutely instrumental in negotiating the purchase of our new house as the sellers were hesitant to accept a contingency but Melissa knocked it out of the park and they did. Melissa is honest, forthright, extremely energetic, hardworking and an absolute joy to work with. She has a great sense of humor too.Thank you so very much, Melissa!!! You will be highly recommended to everyone we know interested in buying and/or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED My agent, Sharminee Lopez, was absolutely wonderful. She was responsive, communicated well, offered great advice, and got the job done within 6 weeks despite an extremely-competitive market. I would definitely use her again when needed, even for a direct purchase from a builder. This particular home had been purchased directly from a builder and I later learned the pitfalls of doing so without professional guidance. Sharminee will give you that kind of professional guidance, too. She was the most enjoyable of any agent I have ever used. Her assistant, Taylor, was extremely responsive to requests and the turnaround was very quick. Selling property is an extremely stressful time and Sharminee certainly alleviated some of that burden for me.

ZillowVERIFIED Seamless. Patient in showing us a list of addresses that we wanted to view. When our agent was not available there was another agent who quickly jumped in to help us view a last minute option.
