ZillowVERIFIED In 2023 I had a house in killeen that I was trying to sell but through multiple realtors I was at a loss, In February of 2024 I found Ms. Harris explained my situation, and that i was urgently needing to move to michigan, and without hesitation, she was on my side, for the last year, Ms. Harris was using every bit of skill and knowledge she had, and when i say this, I mean it. She is the best realtor hands down in the entire state of texas, no matter how many ups and downs we had, Ms. Harris lost no hope and continued fighting, no matter the issue, her description on her profile does not giver her enough credit. She treated this case as if she was selling her own house. I strongly recommend hiring Ms. Harris if you need to buy or sell your house. You will not be disappointed. And thats a promise that I can make. Failure is NOT an option in Ms. Harriss eyes, i had tried to give up on selling a few times, But she would not let that happen. And looking back now, i am so happy that she convinced me to keep pushing, because in January of 2025, I was signing papers to complete the closing process, And free from the house that was pulling me under. I can not thank Ms. Harris enough for all the hard work she has put in. The Integrity, and dedication to a task she takes on is like nothing I've ever seen. If you have a chance to work with her i strongly advise you don't hold back. And hire her as fast as you can.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I Know this experience was nothing short of perfection. Choosing Ms. C.C. Harris was the best decision we could have made. She worked diligently while walking us through every step of the way. Ms. Harris made sure we understood the process from a sellers prospective, to what a potential buyer (from her experience) would be looking for in a home. All of our questions were answered without hesitation and she made sure we understood the answer. Ms. Harris took the time to keep us informed day or night with all updates and anything related to the sell of the property to include, but not limited to: Repairs being worked or completed. The changes In the market Potential buyers. Her experience is exceptional to say the least. If anyone wants the best, your first and last stop should be with Ms. C.C. Harris, do not hesitate. To make this even more special, she took this task on knowing that we (the sellers) were out of town and could not be there for face to face communication. I would not trust anyone else to do such a tremendous job. She made this entire experience trustworthy and extremely comfortable for me and my wife. This agent is there with you from start to finish. Thank you for everything. Keith and Renee Jackson

ZillowVERIFIED C.C. Harris is amazing! She helped me buy my first house in 2014, and 7 years later when I was ready to sell it I made sure I found her to help me re-sell it. I knew nothing about buying or selling a house and she made it so simple for me. She always kept me informed on the process and what the next step was. She made an overwhelming process of buying and selling a house so easy for me. Her professionalism and expertise is unmatched with answering any questions or giving me advice on what I should do. Within the first two weeks I had multiple offers for my property that she negotiated on my behalf to get me the best results that I could get. So pleased with what I got to walk away with and if I'm ever back in the area, C.C Harris is who I'm going to.

ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Harris is a top notch real estate agent and property manager. She is professional and handles all business in a timely manner. She has been managing my home since 2013 and now has helped sell my home this year 2021. With Ms. Harris I never had to worry about my property while I was deployed away in the military or stationed outside of killeen. She makes sure her clients get the best deals and best rates. Ms. Harris would always vet the right people to rent your home checking all qualifications. I have never missed a home payment while she overseen my property the money was always deposited on time. Over the years she has become a friend and like family to my husband and I. With Ms. Harris being prior military herself made our business mean ever more. I knew everything would be alright and never had to worry about my home. If you are looking for the best property manager or real estate agent she is the real deal. I would recommend her to my own mother that is just how great she is.

ZillowVERIFIED worst agent i have ever encountered. started off canceling appointments to get the house listed. when she finally showed up took blurry pics and listed it with no description at all. i let her know right away said would fix it never did. i constantly had to be the one asking for updates. i would never receive her emails on the 1st try but somehow always on the 2nd. a few times forgot what day it was especially when i was driving an hour to the closing and didnt tell me it was canceled until i was almost there. when we were negotiating took the side of the buyer and let me know what was done on my house instead when she does not know everything that was done. at the end claimed i had to go sing again or i would get less $. do yourself a favor go with someone else anybody else!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I first met CC Harris in 2014 when i was on the market for buying a home in the Killeen area. Before finding CC, realtors did not take me seriously because I was stationed in Ft Campbell. When i first spoke with her we went over my needs and wants for my family's potential home. The next day she was sending me listings of homes in the area I was looking for. She was persistent and lined up homes to look at when I came to town. I am very picky but with the experience she has we found the perfect home in a matter of 2 days. She covered everything in detail when it came to the closing process and we were in our home in a matter of 40 days. Fast forward to 2018 when i had to sell my home due to divorce. In a challenging situation we spoke with CC and had the home on the market in a week or so after she told us it needed minor repair. I expressed that i did not care if i got any profit on the home that. I was desperate and wanted to come out even (not having to pay for anything). This ANGEL of a woman had showings within 3 days and had an offer for my home 2 weeks after the first showing. She is so great at what she does that I walked out with nearly $8000 in profit. She is an amazing hardworking woman and i would recommend her to anyone in central Texas. You will not regret having her on your side and aside from her outstanding work ethic she is friendly and very professional.

Furthermore, the closing process was effortless and everything she mentioned in the beginning came to fruition. We couldnt have been more satisfied. She always answered our calls and provided us with weekly reports regarding others interested in our home, comps in the neighborhood, and appraisal information. We are certainly lucky to have found her. Additionally, her extensive experience and background in real estate was paramount and a instrumental component, which solidified our selection in choosing her as our realtor.
