ZillowVERIFIED If you've ever sold or bought property in Detroit you know about the kaleidoscope of unexpected hurdles that that seemingly come out of nowhere! Thank god Catina is insanely versed in dealing with the ever-changing landscape that is Detroit real estate. Honestly, Catina had a solution to every wrench thrown our way and all during COIVD times! While I was out of state in NYC! Catina is unmatched in her penchant to problem solve on her feet. Put her number in your speed dial. But don't book her up too much cause I need her to still have time to be the agent on my properties !!

ZillowVERIFIED I am a foreign investor, I live in Argentina, and I am 60 years old, with past experience in real estate investments. When I met Catina for the first time, her smile, her presence and self-assurance, inspired me to believe in her. Time and events showed me that I was right. Catina has helped me purchase quality properties in a very short time. Catina has proven her ability to find good real estate deals. She is concrete, accurate, honest, serious, and very effective, with great ability to overcome unforeseen obstacles. She also has patience and understanding for each of the parties involved. Shes a great NEGOTIATOR. In a very short time we have completed many real estate deals together. It is very important for a foreign investor to have people like Catina when one is so far away. She showed me the best areas to invest. If I had not met Catina, it is very likely that my businesses would not have grown as fast as it did.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were extremely pleased with the services provided by Catina Willis. She was knowledgeable, professional, and effectively communicated with us regarding the process of selling our home. She kept us abreast of all of the details and steps required to successfully sell our home. She listed our home and we received several offers immediately. Working with Catina was the best experience we've had with a Realtor. I would DEFINITELY recommend her services to anyone I know that is looking for a Realtor. She really lives up to her motto..."POOF"......IT'S SOLD!

ZillowVERIFIED We are out-state-investors and did not have a local agent. We were recommended by a property manager to Catina. We listed our property with Catina. Through our difficulties with our tenant and our property management company closing their doors, she stepped up and helped us through all of it. We highly recommend her and are thankful for her hard-work and friendly personality.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough about Catina. From the beginning of our process until the close she has proven to be the very best realtor we have had the pleasure of working with in over 30 years of buying and selling homes throughout our travels in ministry. Cantina's helpfulness and knowledge is above and beyond someone "just doing their job" but commendable. Her business acumen was extremely helpful as we encountered several surprises and unexpected twists during the sale of our home. Yet she remained upbeat and always had something helpful to suggest. As we sat with her and those present at our closing I knew we would not have been there without her. Always acting as our advocate and helping us understand the best way to proceed or handle what we saw as a problem or glitch in the sale of our home. My husband and I highly recommend Catina. We will never forget the spirit of perseverance and upbeat attitude. Whether you are looking to sell or buy, she is the right person for you!

ZillowVERIFIED We are out-state-investors and did not have a local agent. We found Catina through online recommendations and are so grateful to those reviewers who gave her positive comments. Catina goes above and beyond and exceeds expectations. She knows her markets and fights for the best deals for her clients. With our first sale we had problems with our property management company, but Catina was able to smooth out the situation and close a sale in a few weeks. Because of her skill and success, we immediately listed our second property with Catina. We once again had problems with a different property management company and tenant, but once again, Catina's skills coordinated another successful closing within a few weeks. Catina has a deep pool of contacts and knowledge and we had multiple offers on both properties. We highly recommend her and are forever grateful for her hard-work and friendly, compassionate personality.

ZillowVERIFIED Catina helped me sell two investment properties in Detroit. The first one closed a couple of months ago and the second one is closing at the end of this month. What I like about Catina is that she is always available by email, even holidays and weekends. You can email her any time and usually she gets back to you quickly. She is to the point with her emails, so the communication ends up being very efficient and practical. The most important thing though is that she gets results. One really can't argue with results. Thanks Catina and look forward to working with you on the closing.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are searching for a realtor you can STOP NOW! Catina is very professional and knows her business inside and out. I interviewed several realtors and largely came away frustrated with a lack of knowledge and professionalism. After speaking with Catina I immediately had the information I needed to make my first purchase being an investment property. I ended up purchasing 2 with Catina and plan to work with her to purchase a primary residence for my own family. Give Catina a call now and you will not be disappointed. From our initial phone call to handling paperwork through closing Catina is the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Catina was great to work with! She was patient with all of our concerns and answered our many questions with much knowledge. She was the perfect person to help us find a home for our growing family and she sold our old home in less than a week. She knew the questions to ask us in terms of what we wanted, some things we hadn't even though of and we were so glad she did. She not only shared her real estate expertise with us throughout the whole process but helped us make the right purchase that we have been incredibly happy with. We are so thankful she was the one representing us when we started this new chapter.

ZillowVERIFIED Catina helped me sell my investment property. The property was not hugely desirable, but well maintained. I had even listed it a few times prior unsuccessfully. Catina found another investor to buy the property from me and the current tenants didn't even need to leave! I was so relieved that I was able to sell it with her help! Would highly recommend her, especially for a tricky situation.

ZillowVERIFIED This is the second review I've written for Ms. Willis, but I feel entitled to do so because she has now sold two homes for me. My first home she sold in less than 2-days (and the sales prices was very close to my high-end goal). The second home I offered for sale, I let a large real estate group give it their best shot. In 60-days the "big guys" were not able to generate one single offer. When my contract with the "big guys" ended I gave it to Ms. Willis and she pulled another miracle by selling the home in ONE DAY and was able to land the full asking price. This lady is a miracle worker and a tireless advocate for her clients. On her business card it says, "Poof, it's sold." That isn't just a slogan, that is the truth. If you have a home to sale may I strongly urge you let Ms. Willis work for you. She is a miracle-worker. She is also easy on the eyes and as sweet as she could possibly be.

ZillowVERIFIED I've renovated nearly 5,000 homes and worked with too many real estate agents to count; however, I can state, without hesitation, that Catina Willis is by far the best. Her communication, real estate knowledge, perpetually cheerfulness, high-energy and tirelessness when it comes to her clients is beyond reproach. If a problem arises, you can rest assured that Catina has a solution. I recommend Catina to anyone wishing to buy or sell that this is the agent you want on your side.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I had been looking for a home for 3 years before we met Catina. We kept getting out bid and turned down because we were FHA buyers. Once she became our agent, we shared with her our desire for a new home and exactly what we were looking for. There were times when I was getting desperate and I wanted to bid on homes that were too small for my size family, or homes that required too much maintenance, and Catina wouldn't let us. Catina knew exactly what I was looking for and exactly what our family needed and she remained patient until I was ready to bid on the right home for us. Catina even searched out programs that were offering grants to assist us with the down payment. This really made a difference because it gave us an advantage when we bid on our home because we did not have to ask for concessions. After one year of looking at homes, our family is finally moving into our new home. I would definitely recommend Catina as an Agent!
