Cati made our first time buying a home a breeze. She understood what our budget was, and the different loan types that were available to us, and made sure to explain the difference for how the loan would be processed and what the seller would end up receiving. She made sure to keep in contact with us the entire time while contacting the seller and their agent and ensured that we were never uninformed. She made sure to help us find an inspector, and provided us with the knowledge necessary to make the right choice for our first home.

Cati was a huge blessing to have as a first time home buyer. Being new to the whole process Cati took her time and explained everything. She also helped guide me through the whole process from start to finish. Cati both helped me sell my condo and buy a house with my son and his family. She helped us figure out how to spruce up the condo for a better price and how to stage it for selling.
