    About Cathy Wilson

Hello to all you that are looking to buy or sell a home or even a vacant lot to camp or build your dream home! I am a local real estate agent with Anstine Realty & Auction, LLC, and I serve the Warsaw, Truman Lake, Lake of the Ozarks and surrounding area. I have been in real estate business since 2021, and have sold everything from a vacant 3 acre lot to a 2300 sqft home on 5 acres, ranging from Edwards to Lowry City. Before real estate, I worked in the Public Works Department for a local government in the Kansas City area for 19 years. I took pride in providing top notch customer service and communication to the residents, which I now bring with me to my real estate career. I enjoy talking with clients from all over the United States, listening to them about what they are looking for, and why they want to move to the area. I do my best to make my customers and clients feel at ease working with me, and have the confidence that I will do my best to meet their needs. I am a member of two local MLS Boards, which gives me the ability to market your property to a broader population or to widen my search for properties you are interested in purchasing. I enjoy golfing with my husband and in a local women's league, flower gardening and taking the boat out on the water and enjoying with family and friends.

    Answered Questions

Should I order a home inspection?

Mike, yes, a home inspection is the best protection for you as a buyer so you know what you are purchasing. Even if you don't have the seller fix anything, you at a minimum know what the issues are in the house. Or you can use the home inspection for leverage with the seller.
