ZillowVERIFIEDI worked with Cathy to sell my second home in St. Joe. She was amazing. I was out of town for the whole transaction. She was on top of everything. I wanted to list asap. She made it happen. We were under contract within days of listing. She gave great advice and was so supportive. She answered all my questions. I interviewed several agents and am so glad I picked Cathy. Best decision I made. I highly recommend working with her. You wont regret it.

ZillowVERIFIED Cathy went above and beyond to make sure our listing for our lake home looked wonderful and the entire sale process went smoothly! We had an offer on our house within days of hitting the market and had a great sales experience with her! Cathy goes above and beyond for all of her clients and is nothing but a true professional, yet is down to earth and relatable enough that working with her is a breeze. We also used her to buy a home and she was very responsive, ensuring we got an accepted offer on our home right away. I highly recommend her for any real estate needs in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Our family has purchased and sold a total of 6 homes with Cathy and couldn't be happier. Simply put... she is a real estate agent that you can trust to help you identify good opportunities, give honest feedback on the condition and pricing of the home, negotiate on your behalf and do whatever it takes to make sure that when you sign on the dotted line, that you have complete confidence and peace. Couldn't recommend her enough! She is certainly the only real estate we'll call.

ZillowVERIFIED Cathy is a wonderful real estate agent! She was very patient and helpful in finding the perfect house for us in Berrien Springs. Worked very quickly to show us every house we were interested in. Sometimes it was within the same day we told her about the listing. Her and her husband are very nice and knowledgeable about houses and the real estate market. We would definitely work with her again in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Cathy is great. Shes detailed, thorough, and most important, shes aggressive. In all of our interactions, it was clear she was working to get our properties sold. We had some difficulties with title work. Cathy was able to work with the buyer on maintaining their patience as we worked with the City and State in order to clear the title. I love working with Cathy.

ZillowVERIFIED Dan and Cathy are a great team! They made the buying process very straightforward, and even worked some odd hours to make sure I got to see a house. They've now helped me find a rental, and at last buy a home! I highly endorse their services.

ZillowVERIFIED We loved working with Cathy and Dan! They made buying a home in a crazy market an amazing experience by striking the perfect balance between professional and personable. They were hands down the easiest realtors to communicate with that weve ever worked with and if we had any question throughout the process we always felt like I could reach out to ask. Cathy is super creative at writing offers and using every possible solution to get your offer accepted. Also they have a trusted local network of business relationships that helped guide us all the way to closing. They really went above and beyond what Id expect realtors to do for their clients! They even drove me and my kids a few times to look at houses because my car was having issues. I give them a 10 out of 10!

ZillowVERIFIED We have used Cathy and Dan for both buying and selling, and both experiences were great. Selling: we needed to move! Cathy and Dan helped prepare our house for showings / sale after we already vacated the property and made it look PHENOMENAL. Then add Dans drone pictures and we couldnt have asked for a more attractive listing and house! It received an offer within 30 days AFTER the sellers market started shifting to a buyers market at a great price :) Buying: Cathy has an uncanny ability to predict what the final price of a property will be after seeing the house and location. Her insight will help you not overpay on a property price is too high and be competitive on a property priced to low. Hire Cathy and Dan, you wont regret it!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I worked with Cathy on a rental property purchase in South Haven, MI earlier in 2022. This was our first rental property purchase, we are out-of-state buyers, and the market was crazy hot. Cathy went above and beyond to travel to properties, do virtual walk thrus, video tape them as was out of the country several times. She had great advise on what ultimately helped us win the bid war on the property we did purchase. We tapped into her vast network to get a home inspection done, almost overnight. We plan on using her again in the future. Highly Recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Cathy was awesome from the start! We called her when we were looking to buy and immediately she was off and running to setup showings the same day. She has contacts everywhere, has tremendous knowledge of the market, and truly acts as a champion for her clients. During our first walk through of the house we purchased, she predicted our final purchase price within $3k (which was almost $75k below the list price). When the sellers agent pushed back on our first offer, she researched and provided the data necessary to justify a lower a cost, which I am confident played a major part in us getting a better deal. During a day full of five showings, our 3 year old son lost his lovey and couldnt remember where ??????? Cathy and Dan drove all over town until they found his stuffed animal and hand delivered it to him with a tale of the adventures it had that day; she just goes above and beyond! Seriously stop looking; you wont find anyone who will work harder or be a more knowledgeable advocate for you. ????

ZillowVERIFIED As a licensed realtor myself, for 30 years; I knew it would not be an easy task to find a realtor who treated my husband and I the way I treated my clients (honesty, integrity, willing to drop everything for them, etc) and Cathy was our fourth realtor in Michigan. I warned her of this up front but Cathy ALWAYS remained calm, professional, positive and kind. In the end, I am sincerely happy we found her. I would HIGHLY recommend Cathy Ficks-Blasy. I would use her services again. Cathy put out 1,000% effort, every step of the way and even though I know shes deservingly busy, she always made me feel like her life revolved around our (current) deal. We ended up forming a friendship as we learned a lot about each other and had a lot in common. Thank you Cathy Ficks-Blasy, for all you did for usaEUR|.we sure love Dan too!

ZillowVERIFIED Cathy is very personable and enthusiastic about realty! We were having trouble finding time to pursue a new home. She took steps to help us move forward in that process. She let us lead the way in finding the right new home for our family. When our old home wasn't selling as quickly as expected, she did some extra leg work to help us figure out what steps we could take to help our house to be more marketable. She made the tedious process of paperwork much easier by sending us documents online. We definitely recommend Cathy's services to others looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Cathy did a fine job helping us get the house ready to show and sell. She provided useful advice about what buyers would be looking for at a showing. She's been vigilant in keeping us up to date with the various showings and given us helpful feedback from buyers. She's shown a keen knowledge of the neighborhood and what the market looks like, which gave us a good starting price for the house. We'd have her again as an agent anytime!
