Even though the price point was considerably less than dealings that we have had in the past my daughter was treated as if she was a million dollar buyer. Not many realtors would give a first time home buyer with a limited budget that kind of attention.

Cathy helped us negotiate a great price on the house we purchased and her advice saved us from a costly repair. She was very adamant that we needed to have the septic system inspected, so we did. The inspection revealed that a section of the septic tank was crumbling. She helped negotiate the replacement of the septic tank and saved us thousands in repairs, that otherwise may have gone undetected. Cathy has a great network and provided us with recommendations for our mortgage and a home inspector. We purchased our new home prior to selling our existing home. We were very nervous about doing so, but Cathy explained the market conditions and assured us she would be able to sell our house quickly. Cathy and her team came to our house and advised us on small things we could do to increase the chances of finding a buyer. They also took several pictures, which were included in the listing and made into a beautiful flyer for potential buyers to take with them. The MLS listing included all of the great pictures they took, as well as a wonderful description of our home. All of their work really paid off. We listed our house on Thursday night and were absolutely flooded with showings. The following Sunday night, we were signing a sales contract for $5K more than what we were expecting to get. When Cathy assured us she could sell our house quickly, we in no way thought it would only take 4 days. We left our closing with a portfolio-type binder that included a CD of all of our closing papers, copies of our contract, warranty paperwork, etc.Cathy and everyone on her team were extremely knowledgeable, professional and fun to work with. There are a lot of options when it comes to choosing a real estate agent and we were extremely happy we chose Cathy and her team.

Before working with Cathy, we had bad experiences with realtors and just assumed they were all the same and that it would always be an unpleasant experience. Cathy knows her stuff and is honest and truly has the best interest at heart for her clients. Our first meeting she walked through our home and gave us honest feedback on what to update and fix and then had a home stager visit to make sure everything would look appealing to potential buyers. Our home sold in a week! She was also able to find us the perfect home and guide us through the whole process. She's a master negotiator and got us a great deal on our new home. She's not afraid to really fight for a great purchase price for you. I feel many realtors don't like to negotiate much as it takes away from their commission, but that's not the case with Cathy. She responds fast to phone calls, emails and/or texts. We of course had some stressful moments during parts of the process, but that was solely due to our fault. Cathy was able to keep us focused and she was always calm and truthful with us regarding all situations. I could go on and on about how great she is at what she does. She's professional, friendly, knows her stuff and at this point probably hasn't encountered anything that she hasn't already dealt with. She has a wealth of experience and is still always in contact with us even after we've longed moved into our new place. We still use her as a resource on smart upgrades to do on our home and for referrals on contractors. If you need a realtor, don't bother with anyone else! Cathy is your answer!
