ZillowVERIFIEDI had the absolute pleasure of working with Cathy Clark during my recent real estate journey as a new investor in the Santa Fe area, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, Cathy was not only professional and knowledgeable but also truly dedicated to helping me find the perfect home that fit my investment goals. One of the standout aspects of working with Cathy was how responsive she was throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything in detail using language and terms that were easy for me to understand, which made the experience much smoother and less intimidating. Cathys in-depth understanding of the local market was invaluable. She was able to provide insightful answers to my questions and tailored her services to meet my specific preferences, including future rental needs. Her ability to understand my goals and guide me with such expertise made all the difference. Thanks to her excellent negotiation skills, I was able to secure a deal that was well within my budget and truly exceeded my expectations. It was clear that Cathy was working in my best interest every step of the way. I highly recommend Cathy and Ross Clark to anyone looking to buy, sell, or invest in property. ZillowVERIFIED We could not have had better realtors than Ross & Cathy Clark. Not only were they a pleasure to work with but were helpful in all aspects of the sale of our home. They professionally assisted in helping us to set up a fair market price and they provided an awesome description/write up of the house that covered all the highlights. The photography they provided was especially professional and added significantly to the listing. In addition, they were prompt and responsive throughout the process. We sold our home quickly due to their expertise and efforts on our behalf. We highly recommend them!

ZillowVERIFIED Cathy Clark was very easy to work with, was familiar with the area, had great suggestions and listened to my needs as a seller. She helped me decide how much/how little was needed for staging, provided valuable market share information and helped me through a difficult time when there were questions on an appraisal which delayed closing. I was out of the country during closing, but Cathy managed to keep me informed at every step and was extremely responsive. I would highly recommend Cathy!

ZillowVERIFIED Once we found the house that we wanted to make our home Cathy's expertise with Santa Fe's crazy housing market helped us make that house our home. Buying a home is stressful and Cathy Clark helped us with every step. She responded to every question and request that we had quickly and efficiently. We had difficulty with the title company that the seller's chose to use and that is when I especially appreciated Cathy's kindness and knowledge to help us navigate each loose end that the title company presented.Without question, Cathy made the difference negotiating on our behalf time after time as we made our way through the home buying process.I highly recommend Cathy Clark as our realtor of choice. I am grateful for her demonstrated skills and kindness throughout our experience of house looking, helping us create an offer to buy in a way that worked, and for walking us through a difficult closing and into our new home.Thank you, Cathy Clark.

ZillowVERIFIED Cathy Clark made my house hunting so much easier than it would have been with a less conscientious, talented and experienced agent, specially right now in the highly competitive Santa Fe market. Cathy is one of the most efficient people I have worked with, in any field. Along the way Cathy also provided me tips on thinking through my priorities.I am extremely grateful that Cathy was looking for the right house for me and found it. I wouldn't have realized how closely this house matched what I was looking for had Cathy not been on her toes and alerted me.

ZillowVERIFIED Cathy did in depth analysis and provided helpful advice before I decided to list the property. Listing price was set based on Cathy's suggestion to attract maximal interests from sellers and at the same to my expectation. Cathy then got professional photographer to make the portfolio look nicer and marketed the listing widely. She kept me updated and conducted efficiently communication with all potential buyers. Once under contract, Cathy took extra steps to make sure the transaction going smoothly. Due to the pandemic, the transaction took longer and there were some delays from the lender. Cathy carefully understood the problems and took initiatives working with the lender and association office to have the issues resolved timely. Cathy has done a wonderful job and I would like to recommend her to anyone and will definitely work with Cathy again when needed.

Our house buying process was so short due to the seller wanted to get out of NM ASAP. Cathy helped us to complete closing within that short period. Overall, she is an experienced Real Estate agent and I would recommend her and work with her next time when I have any other Real Estate purchasing or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED We would give Cathy more than five stars if we could. She always went above and beyond not just to make sure our needs were met, but to look ahead to issues we were not even aware of. She was very responsive and willing to make her schedule work for our limited free time, and the one time she was unable to meet at a time we wanted, her husband met us instead. They work as a team and are both as knowledgeable and friendly as can be. Buying our first home was not nearly the horror story we had so often heard. Largely because of Cathy, our home buying experience was fast, comfortable, and fun.

ZillowVERIFIED Cathy and Ross Clark are the best realtors anyone could ask for. They helped me sell my somewhat unusual older house to a buyer who truly loved it, and they gave my smaller place attention and care as if it was a million dollar sale. They deeply understand the market and are so personable, they will make sure your unique needs are met. They worked tirelessly to get my house sold for the best price and they were such a joy to work with! I feel so lucky to have been able to work with them and I would recommend them to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Cathy listed my property and helped me sell it in just about a month time. She is very familiar with recent listings and transaction prices and understands the nuances of the local real estate market. She provided great advice on the initial listing price and recommended the right amount of improvements needed for an attractive showing of the property. She works hard and strives to sell the property quickly and at a good price.

ZillowVERIFIED Cathy is an extremely hard working agent who is genuinely concerned about finding the "right" home for her clients. Whenever we went out looking at homes, she had always planned ahead with a great schedule for viewing many homes in a very timely fashion. I liked how she always asked specific questions about my likes, dislikes and overall rating for each house we viewed. Using that knowledge, she was able to pinpoint which properties would best fit my taste and desires. In a short time we were able to find a "great fit" and at a very reasonable price. Cathy's positive and upbeat personality made it a pleasure to work with her. I highly recommend her as a real estate professional and would gladly work with her again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Ross, Cathy's husband. In all the real estate transactions I have been involved in, and there have been many, Ross is undoubtedly the very best person I have ever worked with. Buying a house is very challenging and Ross smoothed out every single ripple. In addition, because of his involvement in the community, Ross had a vendor for every need that came up for me; from moving to renovations. What a great experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Cathy is a terrific real estate agent. Cathy did not require me to sign an agreement to use solely her, which was a big determining factor, as opposed to another agent we interviewed. She showed me about 10 houses in person, and gave many helpful tips about what to examine. Her friendly personality and easy going character, combined with her instant communication via text or email when ever I had a question, really made her stand out. I would work with Cathy Clark again. Thomas S

ZillowVERIFIED Cathy is a real estate MASTER!!! We first came to Cathy when we moved to New Mexico earlier in the year. From the moment we first met her at an open house, we clicked! We got to talking and describing to her our dream home and what we hoped to find. When she stated that she could take us to 5-8 houses in a day for viewings, I knew that this lady meant business! She ended up showing us our dream home and guided us along the way. Being first time homebuyers is nerve-wrecking, but with Cathy on our side, she made the process almost seamlessly easy. We are very happy to have met such a wonderful woman who was very responsive, attentive, and just as passionate about us finding our dream home as we were. Thank YOU Cathy!!
