Despite being a friend, she would receive 5 star rating even if she were not. Our home was listed and sold within 10 days and i was informed throughout the process on the status. Quick closing equaled $$$. She's thorough, a smooth operator, honest, to the point, & makes sure you're doing things right and get what you want for what you want. Buying/selling...it doesn't matter. Her strength is her long successful career in real estate. You can't go wrong with the Carchedi's!
