The group works as a team to go above and beyond the call of duty. They even line up and supervise their pool of contractors (painters, handymen, etc.) as part of the service. She was our first Charlotte "friend" when my husband and I were looking for rental properties over 6 years ago when we first moved to the city from Pittsburgh. She helped us find a rental property and then one year later we contacted her to purchase our first home. She was so amazing during the first home buying experience that when it came time to purchase our second home, we had no queston as to whether or not we would work with her again. The home we found was a short sale. Cathy worked patiently with us for several long months throughout the whole process and got us an amazing deal. Finally it came time to sell the first home we had purchased with Cathy. She was even MORE amazing as a selling agent (if that was even possible).
