Cathie Spalding is a REALTORA(R) and leader of The Spalding Realty Group, serving home buyers and sellers throughout Evansville, Newburgh, Warrick County, Vanderburgh County, and Southwest Indiana. Since beginning her real estate career in 2011, Cathie has helped more than 200 families successfully navigate the buying and selling process and has generated over $31 million in career sales volume. Her combination of local market expertise, strong negotiation skills, and client-focused service has earned her recognition as a Top Producer and President's Club recipient.

Cathie holds the Graduate REALTORA(R) Institute (GRI) and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) designations and is a graduate of the Indiana REALTORSA(R) Leadership Academy.
