I initially met Cathie in 2019. I was living in Jacksonville and knew I would be retiring in 2020 so I began searching for homes in 2019. I had a realtor who wasn't working well for me when Cathie reached out to me via phone. She was sincere and professional and understanding. I explained to her thank you but I have a realtor. Shortly after I decided to find a new realtor & I remembered her and called her. We began working together and over the course of a year I looked at several houses. Making the trip to Daytona was an hour and a half drive for me so when I did it I wanted to see at least 3 or 4 houses. We looked all over Daytona and Palm Coast. Never once when we scheduled did she not have the time to show me at least that many. We ended up in a new neighborhood and walking through the models, she said to me "I think you just found your house". I told her only if you will wait with me and you get your commission! Construction wouldn't be completed for 14 months. I had a real estate license and I know how hard she worked for me & I was so appreciative. We celebrated together when I closed and I am happy to say we developed a lasting friendship! She's professional, kind, courteous and she knows the area--so very knowledgeable. I am so thankful to have shared this experience with her & I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone needing an agent in the Daytona area.

Cathie was easy to work with. She was knowledgeable about the area we wanted to buy in which was helpful because we were not. She offered her professional opinion and never pressured us into buying anything. Highly recommend her!

Cathie was a pleasure to work with , always attentive to my needs and questions. The whole buying, closing process was made much easier because of Cathie. She was so helpful to me since I didn't live in this city, she made sure to connect me with anything that I needed. By the end of the buying process Cathie had become a friend, not just a realtor. I highly recommend her as someone who will make your buying or selling easier.

Having previously worked with Cathie to sell our condo, we felt confident working with her to find our next home. At the time we were living in WA state so she really had to step up to the plate to help us out. One of us came to Florida to do a week long house hunt, and after looking at 30+ homes in that week, we finally found one. The hard work on her part continued as we navigated through the endless process to get to closing. We couldn't ask for more from a realtor. Cathie's professional capabilities, pleasant and sweet personality and unrelenting willingness to work long days for us made this bearable from 3500 miles. Thanks a million Cathie! We love our new forever home.

We probably drove her crazy after looking at houses for over nine months, but Cathie was very helpful until the end and we found our dream house. We couldn't have been happier!
