ZillowVERIFIED If you need a real estate agent look no further than Catherine Valentino. I know this firsthand - she is absolutely amazing. She is professional, she dedicates her time to you, she does amazing marketing, has professional photos taken and gets your property sold!!!! It was exactly 7 days from my house being listed to me excepting an offer well above my asking price. I mustve had 100 showings and about six or seven offers in one week. I tried to sell my house once before and had absolutely no interest and the agent did absolutely no work. the difference is night and day. It really makes a tremendous difference which agent you choose. She is knowledgeable, responsive and dedicated to you. You need to choose Catherine Valentino for any of your real estate needs

ZillowVERIFIED We cant say enough good things about Catherine Valentino! My husband and I are first-time homebuyers, and were very intimidated by the whole process. We were also nervous wed end up with a realtor who would push us to purchase something that was ultimately unrealistic for us. Catherine was nothing like that! She never pressured us to look at homes that werent the right fit for us (price-wise, layout-wise, neighborhood-wise). She listened very closely to what our priorities were and made sure to find homes that reflected that. She is also SUPER responsive via email and text, which is incredibly helpful if youre like me and have a thousand questions. She is also an expert negotiator. We were able to get our dream home for below asking because of Catherine. Catherine also knows a ton about different neighborhoods and provided us with information that isnt easily accessible online aEUR" for example, which neighborhoods have aEURoeno street parkingaEUR? ordinances overnight (which would have been a REAL pain for us!). We happily recommend Catherine to anyone searching for a home in the Westchester area and have already shared her information with our friends and family. Thank you, Catherine!

ZillowVERIFIED Why list with a Realtor? To sell your home, and that's what Catherine did for us. We listed with a competing major real estate office in White Plains in 2018. They failed to sell our home after having it for the entire 2018 selling season. We took it off the market in December 2018, and thoroughly researched real estate agents. We chose Catherine for 2019. Her marketing was extensive and expert, highlighting strengths of our home and neighborhood. After generating quite a lot of interest, we sold our home. Catherine was immediately available and responsive throughout the selling process, and helped us through some challenging times and questions right up to the day of closing. She deserves 5 stars in each of the categories above.

ZillowVERIFIED Catherine will work very hard to sell your home quickly and at the price you are seeking. She gave me an honest assessment of the market for my home and a strategy to have the home sold in a timely manner. After each showing she gave valuable feedback and a follow up plan for each potential buyer. She did a couple of open homes that brought in good foot traffic. In the end I received multiple offers and was able to get a fair price from a qualified buyer. I highly recommend her to help with the sale of your property.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Catherine Valentino through our realtor, who was selling our home in CT. We wanted to downsize and be closer to NYC. She found us a co-op in Larchmont that not only fit our needs, but also allows us very easy access to the city. We couldnt be happier. And its all because Catherine, when given our criteria, knew her market and gently steered us to an area that we had not thought about. After our initial contact with Catherine we realized that she was honest, trustworthy, and straightforward. To anyone who is in the need of a realtor, Catherine Valentino is the right choice. She will find you the property to fit your needs. You couldnt be happier.
