ZillowVERIFIED We just recently purchased a house with Catherine Sawatsky as our agent. In fact, she was the sellers agent too. She, and her team members (her daughter and son), walked us through the process patiently and handled the purchase/sale while looking out for both sides so that everyone benefited. Catherine referred us to a great local handyman for a few small repairs and to a brilliant home inspector. Those jobs were done right, and quickly. It meant a lot to us to not only deal with a top notch sales team, but for the others who were part of the process to be top notch too. It was first-class all the way! Everyone we came in contact with. In fact, Catherine really did go over and above to get a few things done for us that the seller was balking at. We used our own lender who had pre-qualified us prior to discovering our new home and Catherine and her team worked with his office very well. Through the hard work of Catherines team (and that of our lender and title company of course) we closed a week early. The process of buying a house is confusing and terrifying, whether you are a first time buyer, or in our case our 4th home. Catherines team took care of everything, and all we had to do was pack and answer emails. We know that when we have our fathers home to sell here in town, Catherine is who we will be calling, no hesitation.
