She helped my sister & I with the sale of my late mothers' home. Her knowledge was beneficial in the initial evaluation, pricing options and the marketing of the home. Cathy worked hard, follows up & provided sound advice. She regularly works outside of normal "business hours" & does not "put things off". She was at the home to meet / review with the VA Home Inspector, this fast tracked a required repair that could of extended the closing date. She contact the realtor involved with eventual purchasers (the purchase of my mother home was contingent of the sale of their home) to determine the feasibility of that sale. Based on her review we felt comfortable moving forward. In the future when buying of selling a home - there is a single realtors' contact in my phone - it's Cathy Litoborski.

She is very intelligent, articulate, honest, and sincere. She is also a really careful listener. Specifically, Cathy gave me great advice on how to stage my house for sale and price it correctly. Cathy has an unbelievable memory and understanding of the housing market in the Lemont area. She created a great marketing plan that encompassed many internet websites and various print media. My contract with her allowed me to cancel at anytime if I was dissatisfied for any reason. This showed that she had great confidence in providing the services I needed to sell my home.Cathy had a professional photographer with much experience in real estate take the photos for the website after the house was staged. He did an excellent job. This was done at her expense as was all advertising. When the house was about to be sold Cathy volunteered to provide a one year $450 insurance policy that the buyers had requested, to help close the deal. All through the process Cathy was easy to reach by phone or email. I was always amazed at how often I was able to reach her immediately on her cell phone, and when I couldn't at how quickly she returned my calls, it was usually in a few minutes. Emails were usually responded to within an hour. It didn't matter if it was day, evening, or weekend.I had a huge number of questions and Cathy always responded quickly and with great insight and knowledge. Cathy's understanding of advertising, marketing, and financing is outstanding. There was never a question for which she did not have a thoughtful and meaningful answer. In retrospect, everything she told me turned out to be correct. When a potential buyer viewed the house Cathy always contacted their agent and provided me with a quick summary about their thoughts on my house.When we got into negotiating with the buyer Cathy was very helpful and expedited reaching a final price within two days.We put the house up for sale in early February of 2011 and closed the sale on April 22, 2011. In the market at that time this is amazing. Cathy delivered on everything she had promised and I very highly recommend her.
