ZillowCatherine went well beyond what realtors do. She work with the Corps of Engineers and a property examiner/report writer to try to sell the property a different way. She work with my adjuster on my tractor claim. My tractor is in a flood zone. Knowing this, Catherine had to show the property many extra times to get a buyer. She has expertise knowledge and uses it in an uplifting way. She listens well and kindly let me know if my ideas was helpful or not. I truly felt like it was a team effort. I received monthly updates when there was activity on the property. Catherine worked with a hunter when showing the property to maintain safety. It is very difficult to put into words a high enough recommendation to use Catherine.

She was able to secure the title company who began work immediately due to our impending contract date, that if extended, would cost me another $100/day.
