Cat was our buyers agent. We called Cat on a Friday and told her what we were looking for (we had a lot of parameters and we needed to move ASAP). We were looking at houses on Sunday and they were all what we asked for. We made an offer that day and BOOM! She was very easy to work with and very professional. She was quick and we really appreciated that. She showed us houses that she wasn't listing (like a couple of other realtors we tried to work with). We highly recommend her! We are never moving again, but if we did, we'd ask for her.

Cat is the best realtor we have ever worked with. She is extremely responsive and knows her market very well. She listened to what we wanted and didn't waste our time with properties she knew would not suit our needs or taste. She was honest with her responses. She managed to get a closing for us when we needed it, despite the fact that it was the first day of hunting season and the entire state was shut down! She did not abandon us after closing either. Cat was great to work with to find a property. She spent time setting up our itinerary to see as many places as possible, and was very responsive throughout the process. We had to do a lot the house buying process long distance, and she really helped accommodate this, and helped us understand the areas we were looking at, since we were not already familiar with them.
