The best! I would HIGHLY recommend Cathy Lynch if you are in search of a realtor. My boyfriend and I relocated to Madison from out of state and Cathy was seriously the best realtor we could have asked for. We were still living in Virginia while looking for homes and would sometimes only have a day to look at houses and Cathy always managed to line up all of the houses we were interested in seeing. She was very understanding and patient about our situation. We were first time home buyers and had a million questions and she was more than happy to answer them all! On top of all that our budget wasnt huge and our wish list wasnt small and she helped us find a BEAUTIFUL home for a great deal. She made the process enjoyable and easy for us. I usually dont write reviews but Cathy was so great to us that I just HAD to! THANK YOU CATHY :)

I would recommend Cathy in a heartbeat! My fiance and I only recently started to look for a house in the Madison area, and after doing most of our research online we set our sights on a fixer-upper. And, while Cathy wasnt the listed agent for the property Im so glad that she was the realtor I chose to call. From the beginning she was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and professional, and her calm, friendly manner put us at ease straight away -- there was never any attempts to push us on the purchase or to up-sell us on another property. We were new to the area and first-time buyers and Cathy guided us through the process all the way helping us to negotiate the purchase price and giving us excellent recommendations for a home inspector and attorney. At every step of the way we felt we were in good hands and trusted all of her advice and recommendations, and her genuinely warm and friendly personality made her a true pleasure to deal with. We moved in over the Labor Day Weekend and love our new old place -- my fiance said the house buying transaction was seamless and we really have Cathy to thank for that!

I highly recommend Cathy Lynch as a realtor of the highest integrity. I recently relocated from the San Francisco area to the Madison Ct. area. I looked at several properties online and called several realtors. Cathy was the only one who answered my calls and showed a sincere interest. I scheduled an appointment with Cathy she showed me all the homes I had selected online. None of them appealed to me after seeing them in person. The second day of looking Cathy mentioned a home coming on the market in a few days, I asked to see it so she set up an appointment. I knew right away it was perfect for my family. I made an offer and with some negotiation we made a deal. We currently are living in the house and are very pleased. Cathy is very knowledgeable efficient and extremely personable wether you are a buyer or seller I suggest you contact her she is simply the best.
