Cate sat down with us and worked through a plan to help us get top dollar for our fixer upper. She provide good tips on how to get our house ready for sale. She had wonderful contacts to contractors to help spruce up some areas. She did what was needed to help us sell, from open houses, to working with our limited availability schedules. Even when the the sale of our house fell through, Cate remained positive and encouraging through the entire process. We weren't sure exactly where we wanted to look for our new house.
