Was kept on hold for a long time despite having scheduled time to speak, bad at communicating, didn't show up for scheduled appointment or contact me to let me know they weren't going to show up to scheduled appointment. Was not knowledgeable about the property, not able to answer questions relevant to property or the listing.

Words can't even explain how grateful we are to have had Catarina help us find our dream home! Something that really stood out to me was how fast she would... respond to my concerns either by phone call, text or email. She was extremely flexible with our schedule. Showing us houses on weekends and evenings when we needed. Catarina was very knowledgeable of all counties we found interest in. Because of her insight on the towns and the schools, we were truly able to find an area that fit our lifestyle and is beneficial for raising our son. We have learned so much from her in this process and in the end found our dream home!

When I started on this journey of becoming a new home owner, I had no idea of what it entailed. The pre approval process itself was terrifying, nonetheless with... my pre-approval in hand i set out to find a realtor and by the powers at be Catarina answered my request. Catarina not only took the time to learn about me and my family and what i was looking for in a home, she help ease my fears and anxiety of moving away. She was more than willing to help me find the perfect home, she was my biggest advocate in the negotiation process, always responded to my questions and educated me on the home buying terms and definitions and even came up with list of recommendations for other needed homebuyers services one would need. I am a firm believer there is a reason that people come in to one's life, Catarina entering mine at this phase of mine had a positive impacted my home buying experience. Catarina, is not just a Realtor, she became I friend. I have become so used to talking to her on an almost daily basis i will miss the on going communication.

Catarina was by far the best real estate agent I've ever worked with. She was very helpful, answered all our questions, always followed up, and never failed to... relieve my anxiety about the process. She was not only a realtor but an emotional support too and I found a friend in her. My family and I highly recommend her because she gets the job done!
