ZillowVERIFIEDCat Lodge sold our house in less than a week. We chose Ms. Lodge as our realtor after looking at many performance reviews. However, nothing prepared us for the A+ 5-star experience that we received from Cat. She is very knowledgeable about real estate, with true GLOBAL MARKETING reach. She is always available when needed for any questions, and fully took us by the hand, advising us throughout our whole home sale process. She is professional, assertive, has extreme attention to details, and also truly listens to her clients with full attention, caring about us as people. Thank you, Cat Lodge for the best experience from beginning to end. We highly recommend Cat Lodge as a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Cat Lodge is a consummate professional, outstanding negotiator, and high-integrity agent!! My husband and I were so happy to work with her and sat back while she guided us through every step of a short timeline move, made necessary by a work relocation. No issues phased her and her calm demeanor made the whole process less stressful. She was easy to communicate with, always responded quickly, and helped us negotiate an amazing deal that we know was due to her amazing marketing and listing strategies. I would whole heartedly recommend her to anyone I know and would happily work with her again if life brings us back to San Antonio!

ZillowVERIFIED One of the best real estate agent I had the pleasure of working with. Cat is extremely responsive, personable and a delight to work with. When I was not in town, she helped co-ordinate with the contractors and constantly kept me updated on progress. She went above and beyond what was expected and made our selling experience stress free and easy. If you are looking to sell/buy a house in san antonio area, Cat should be the first realtor to call. Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED We had the pleasure of working with Cat Lodge twice. Two years ago Cat Lodge represented us as a buyers agent for our relocation to San Antonio. We flew into town and worked with her over a holiday weekend to find the perfect home in San Antonio. When we found the perfect home, Cat worked with the builder to address concerns regarding the house, attended the inspections, and followed up with the builder to make sure the house was ready for our move-in when we arrived in town. Two years later when the company decided to relocate us again, we knew immediately who we would be using as our listing agent. As a listing agent, Cat was upfront about the market prices for our area and home size and she was prepared to sell our home in a rapidly changing real estate market. She presented us with a plan to list and get us under contract fast, which for us meant we had a contract the first weekend. After that, Cat worked with the title company and buyers agent to ensure a smooth closing. Buying and selling real estate with a family is never an easy process. Cat understands these challenges and will work with you to find you a home you will love or help you sell a home so you can move wherever life takes you. Thank you Cat for helping us find a home we loved during our time in San Antonio, and for making the process of buying a home easy.

ZillowVERIFIED Cat is absolutely amazing! As first time home buyers in a crazy market, Cat was the absolute MVP in helping us find our first home. Right from the beginning, we knew we were excellent hands. Cat provided us with endless knowledge, reassurance, and fought for our concerns throughout the entire process. ZillowVERIFIED Cat is simply amazing! She sold our home and helped us purchase a new home in March 2021. She is extremely knowledgeable in real estate, home valuation, staging, negotiating, etc and gives confident and straightforward advice. She was always extremely accessible and communicative (and is super sweet and hilarious!). When I say she does whatever it takes, it means blowing our leaves before a showing, checking on the painters job to make sure it was perfect, and asking the inspector every question you can think of before letting him go home. Thanks to her we sold our home within 24 hours with multiple offers and way above asking price. We also got our offer accepted for our new home at asking price while there were multiple offers placed as well. We love Cat!!

ZillowVERIFIED From the get go Cat was amazing. We were relocating to San Antonio from Kentucky during a pandemic and Cat made the process as simple as could be. When we came for our house hunting trip spanning 3 days, Cat emailed us an itinerary the night before with the most efficient route, she guided us in asking the right questions, and put us on houses that had met our pre-determined criteria. Each evening after we were done she sent us a recap of our day and some more information about our favorites along with the schedule for the next day. She was patient and took us back to our favorites a second time even though it wasnt aEURoescheduledaEUR?. She guided us through the offer process and was tremendous in the negotiations. She was there for every aspect of the process making it as stress free as buying a home can be. She came to every inspection, walkthrough, and even the closing to the extent she could with the pandemic. Since we have closed she has followed up numerous times ensuring we are happy with our purchase and asking if there is anything she can do. I am telling everyone I know that if you need a realtor in the greater San Antonio area Cat should be your choice because I cant emphasize enough how simple this process was versus other we have gone through in the past.

ZillowVERIFIED Cat Lodge, what isnt there to say about her? She's the sweetest, most loyal, yet tough and persistent and precise. She is an extremely hard worker, she can take ALL personalities and trust me when i say Im not always the nicest or probably wasnt always the most pleasant during the process of selling our first home. Many emotions came out and protectiveness yet Cat always remained professional and always brought me back to why i was in the process to begin with. Her heart and work ethics and professionalism is beyond measure.! I couldn't see myself having picked a better realtor but now i say friend. She is QUICK to respond and if it isnt a response shes already messaged you she'd get right back to you and let me tell you she doesn't ever skip a beat. I absolutely trusted her from day one. Its a pure gut feeling after speaking with her and she never disappointed. She guided us out of our first home and into a brand new one and followed every single wishlist we had. She never made me feel pressured into something. She allowed me my space when needed and taught me a lot along the way as we were new to the selling process. Cat you have been such a part of our lives it feels weird not talking to you daily. We miss you! And thank you for everything you have done for my family. You will NOT be disappointed by choosing Cat Lodge you truly gain a friend by the end of it. She is in it for passion to get people into their next home nothing else.! Absolutely an amazing journey we had and you will too! She is an investment to your process Id pick her again in a heartbeat!

ZillowVERIFIED Cat lodge is by far the best realtor in San Antonio! She held our hand every step of the way. She went above and beyond for us, she actually called builders to see if they had any inventory homes that were not yet on the market which lead us into the house we closed on. She answered phone calls all hours of the day and worked extremely hard for us. If I can give more stars I would. She also gave us a sweet house warming gift.

ZillowVERIFIED We could not have been happier with Cat as our agent. She has an established process that works. Do yourself a favor, bring Cat on, listen to her advice, and sell your home. Though she is a top performing agent for her real estate company yet she was always fast to respond to our needs and made us feel like we were her only client. If we are ever placed in San Antonio again, she will be the first phone call we make to find a new home. Thanks, Cat!

ZillowVERIFIED Cat was absolutely amazing throughout this whole process. We were concerned with how long it could take to sell our home, as there were homes in the same neighborhood with the same size/floor plan that had been on the market for many, many months. She it sold in 6 hours! Her recommendations on what to fix were spot on and she was available 24/7. We would highly recommend her and can't say enough great things about her. We're looking forward to working with her while we built our new home.

She goes above and beyond any other realtor being present every step of the way. She reached out to people so that I didnt have to and was truly my advocate. I feel like she looked out for what was best for me and understood my needs right away. On top of doing an excellent job at her job, having amazing work ethic, she is super personable, relatable, and kind hearted. I highly recommend her. ZillowVERIFIED I dont have the words to express how impressed and grateful I am for Cat, her knowledge, professionalism and work ethic! Making the switch to her was the best thing I did for our move! Putting our super large house on the market after the school year started was daunting. I was afraid it would sit on the market for a long time and sell low because no one wants to move just after the school year started. Knowing we were already under contract on our new house also added stress - who wants two mortgages? She made it all happen! We sold super fast and for more than I thought we could get, even in summer months! That never would have happened without her! She talked me off every ledge and kept me level headed when I REALLY didnt want to be! That, in itself, should be testimony to her skill level. She truly is the very best and I will recommend her (and have already done so) to everyone who will listen!

ZillowVERIFIED As first time homebuyers and new to the San Antonio area, Cat Lodge was amazing in helping my wife and myself find the perfect home. ZillowVERIFIED At minimum, Cat helped us find a wonderful home in a great area. She directed us so we got a fair deal, and she gave us sounds d advice that has helped us to avoid possible pitfalls when buying g a new home. We couldn't be more thrilled. But what stood out with Cat was the lengths she went to to help us with the sale of our home for which she wasn't the listing agent, since we were relocating. Her experience and expertise in Texas real estate transactions are the only reason we were able to close on our properties. We consider ourselves so fortunate to have found her, and couldn't be more thrilled with our experience in the buying end.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyers, Cat made sure we were not stressed, explained us every step of home buying process and worked with us patiently till we found the right home. She definitely has a great amount of knowledge of San Antonio area, the house types and builds and the entire process of buying a house. Talk about contacts, she has a "guy" for everything! We respect her professionalism with timely updates through emails and text messages and great attention to detail. e.g. at every showing, she would print us a small booklet of the houses to see that day, with address, asking price, etc. She also took time to fit our schedules to show houses, to meet and answer all questions/concerns we had throughout the process. She was never hard to reach and is simply great to work with. Right from day 1, she has been very prompt to reply to our texts. We always feared an agent would ultimately be an agent. But think of Cat as your friend and not your agent. She never pressured us into buying, made sure we were satisfied with the house we chose, arranged multiple visits to the same house and helped negotiate with the seller. In all honesty, we are a little sad that we won't get to work with her anymore, but at the same time really happy she helped us find our first home!

We have worked with many realtors over the last 13 years and none come close to Cat. She is an outstanding agent that went above and beyond in all aspects of our buying experience in the San Antonio area. From the first time I spoke to her until the day we closed I felt very informed, had all my questions answered, and loved her efficiency in getting things done. She was always one step ahead and great about keeping us in the loop of what to expect next. Everything was done before I asked, she is an excellent communicator when relaying information, and always easy to reach.
